фахових вступних випробувань

для навчання на освітньо-кваліфікаційному рівні «Бакалавр» зі спеціальності «Англійська мова та література »

Львів - 2012

Фахові вступні випробування перевіряють рівень підготовки кандидатів з англійської мови (основної). Вони повинні:

Знати:

  • правила словесного і логічного наголосу;

  • інтонаційне оформлення різнотипних англійських простих і складних речень;

  • знати засоби вираження певної комунікативної інтенції;

  • знати формальні правила семантичних моделей породження речень і висловлювань;

  • головні морфологічні і синтаксичні категорії, що складають лінгвальну сутність граматики сучасної англійської мови;

  • різні властивості слова: його семантику, стилістичну характеристику, систему форм слова, словотворчу структуру і можливості сполучення, функції в реченні та ін.


Вміти:

  • робити правильний словесний і логічний наголос;

  • інтонаційно оформлювати різні типи речень;

  • практично володіти лексичними одиницями у певних сферах людської діяльності відповідно до програми курсу;

  • працювати з різними типами словників;

  • теоретично і практично володіти запланованими для курсу граматичними темами;

  • аналізувати англійською мовою морфологічні і синтаксичні явища;

  • адекватно реагувати в певній комунікативній ситуації, дотримуючись параметрів комунікативної відповідності та мовної правильності,

  • описувати події, висловлювати свою думку, робити повідомлення, отримувати інформацію у співрозмовника, передавати інформацію у непрямій мові;

  • вести бесіду в обсязі тематики курсу з опорою на фактуальні та візуальні орієнтири або без опор;

дотримуючись правил орфографії написати приватний та офіційний лист, рецензії, статті, пропозиції, звіти, заявки, оголошення, написати твір відповідно до тематики курсу і т.д.

Програма вступних фахових випробувань укладена згідно зазначених вище вимог на основі навчальної програми «Практичний курс англійської мови».

^ Тематика курсу


Теми: “Celebrations, ambition, success, achievement, happiness; career success”; “Travel. Arts. Pastimes and hobbies. Leisure and entertainment”; «Family. Media»; «Growing concerns»; «A job well done»; «Medicine. Health problems»; «Live and learn»; «The image business. Shop around».

Лексична компетенція: Вміння вільно володіти лексикою до тем, вести розмову, використовуючи активну лексику.

Фонетична компетенція: Наголос в слові та реченні. Мелодика речення (ділова нейтральна мова).

Граматична компетенція:“Gerund and Infinitive”. Опанування та правильне вживання предикативних інфінітивних зворотів (синтаксичних комплексів з інфінітивом). Автоматизація використання герундія та інфінітива у мовленні та письмі; Часи. Вживання Stative verbs; минулі часи (The Past), Used to і Would; The Passive. The Сausative. The Future; Conditionals and wishes; Inversion. Modal verbs; Relatives; Indirect speech and reporting verbs. Articles and punctuation;

Мовлення: Giving and responding to news; Making and responding to suggestions. Interrupting; Apologizing.

Письмо: формальні, неформальні листи; рецензії; Articles; Reports and proposals. Book entries; Letters of application; Combined transactional tasks; Information sheets; Competition entries.

Соціокультурна компетенція: Володіння інформацією про географію, історію, освіту, традиції, щоденне життя англомовних народів.


Читання: фахові тексти, діалоги, журнальні та газетні статті. Вміння нотувати прочитану інформацію у вигляді тез.

Аудіювання: Розуміння зі слуху дискурсу відповідного рівня складності.

The Internet is like a huge city, full of many different kinds of places and people. As in a real city, there are certain places which are #1….. for youngsters and others which need to be avoided.
